1. I think I might be addicted to T-Pain's music. I CAN NOT get enough of this track. "Blame It" Jamie Foxx feat. T-Pain:

3. Should I get into the show LOST?
A writer in our office as well as other people swear by it. Still... I can't take the idea of getting hooked on another series only to be disappointed (looking in your direction Battlestar Galactica season 3.5)...?

The writers at Battlestar think this is a picture of a lawyer... it isn't.
4. So far... are you disappointed with Barack? Or, like me, do you think the media needs to find something else to talk about, you know, until he ACTUALLY makes a decision as President?
5. Are you doing what you always thought you wanted to do when you grew up?
I wanted to be a Surgeon during the week and a Fighter Pilot in the USAF on weekends.
YEAH...uh, didn't work out that way. Kinda sad too cuz I still secretly think I'd be dope at both. I'm not knocking entertainment, I love it, but...would you rather write jokes all day...
...or fly this puppy?

That's what I thought.

From what I've heard about LOST this season you are best to leave it alone...
I can't speak on Battlestar Galactica, not my cup of tea...
I'd have to agree with you on Obama, I think it would be best for the news media to wait till after the first 100 days to start giving out approval ratings...
Right now I'm just PA'ing on the new 90210 show which is definately not what I want to do BUT that's just to earn some money, I've just started my own production company (Fearless Pictures) and I'm writing some short scripts with my business partner to put some webisodes up to get some material out there, AND I'm taking my acting classes (if I can be the poor man's Will Smith that'll do just fine lol) so while I'm not where I want to be just yet, I'll get there soon enough...and I wanted to be a pilot too back in the day, TOP GUN got me started on that lol
@dc
I was a PA. It makes you tough as long as you don't do it too long. Once you get a video done send us your work at themessageshow@gmail.com and we'll gladly share it.
much appreciated my good man...have you guys been to the Blarney Stone yet? I know it's close by Times Square (I wish i could remember the address)... I would go there with some people from the Conan O'Brien show when I was interning there a couple years ago and found it to be a great place for some relatively cheap drinks and always interesting locals.
1. interestingly enough, I actually like that Jamie FOxx cut. I heard it at a bowling alley of all places, and I normally dont get into "pop" music.
2. it seems that Atlanta combines some of the best things form both cities, and WORST of both cities...but Im sure Diallo has told you all about this.
3. Not a fan of LOST. I am a fan of WEEDS. can't wait to see how this new season turns out.
4. The media needs something to talk about, even if its just kicking up some dust. Its going to be an interesting 4 years. just beware the media. Look at the whole Burris scandal. really..why did they allow race to be a big part of this story? why?
5. I am NOT doing anything at all what I wanted to do when I was a kid. not once in my childhood did I wake up and think, "when I grow up, I want to be a DBA!" Ive always wanted to be a Astronaut...but I'm scared of heights. I also wanted to write comics, but, I just dont have the ambition, and my writing sucks. So, the DBA job is the "path of least resistance"...That is..until I can figure out how to open a record store!
No guarantee against being disappointed with LOST. I guess it depends on what you're after in a show. I liked it, I think, because it let me sorta guess at was going on at my pace. I got to read as deeply as I wanted to into what was going on, so that I felt smart when I'd figured something out.
I guess Battlestar strings you along, too, but I felt more manipulated by Battlestar for some reason. I guess the way they structured the stories.
