Poor Be-monkeyed LeBron...

I know this is random and doesn't pertain to the post at hand, but I found it while I was combing through CNN http://www.cnn.com/2008/POLITICS/03/19/commentary.ashong/index.html
Turns out that the guy you posted a video of earlier became somewhat of a "phenom" and got to write his own article for CNN... Ballin'

Damn, the facial expression is one thing, but the fact that they have him bouncing the ball as he grabs her waist...

At some point, common sense should have kicked in

Hmm, truthfully I wouldn't have put picked up on that unless you put them up side by side. I thought it was more of an aggressive athlete on some "yo Seal I kissed your girls rose watcha gonna do now bitch?" on another note, anyone going to the a3C Hip hop Festival in Atlanta this weekend? It's gonna be a good mix of underground and mainstream stuff. www.a3cfestival.com

And Vogue, asked to react to the backlash, said it chose the louder LeBron photo (as opposed to calmer pictorials inside the mag) because it’s “expressive, fun and upbeat.”

My ARSE. The two pictures don't even go together. They look like bad Photoshop. He's in athletic gear and she's wearing a evening dress. HUH? Put her in athletic gear or - here's a stupid recommendation - put him in a suit!

Um...I generally don't read fashion magazines but has there ever been one out w/ a pic of a black man in a suit and a white lady by his side dressed to go out? they'd be posing like in a prom picture or something...that would be sweeeeet.

this brother here breaks down the trope at hand pretty graphically and vehemently:
